Products sold by Trim Illusion may be protected by patent and copyright laws in the United States of America and other countries and jurisdictions.
Trim Illusion branding and marketing material including – but not limited to – logos, brand names, text, images, art works, music, sounds, movies, and other digital media clips may be protected by trademark and copyright law in the United States and other countries and jurisdictions.
Trim Illusion can disseminate material and sell products via a variety of channels. Products are sold online on www.trimillusion.com and e-commerce platforms as well as via wholesale orders (EDI, WD, etc.…) and direct retail.
Marketing and branding materials are distributed digitally and in print.
Exterior accessory grilles are subject to United States Patent No. 11,046,257. Additional patent applications are pending in Canada, China, and Mexico.
Exterior accessory door handle covers may be subject to one or more United States Patent Nos. 10,787,839 and/or U.S. Patent 10,837,198. Additional patent applications are pending in Canada, China, and Mexico.
Exterior accessory wheel covers may be subject to one or more of United States Patent Nos. 11,254,160, 11,453,236, 11,472,227, and/or 12,090,788 and Taiwanese Patent Nos. I857281, I857408, and/or I857408. Additional patent applications are pending in the United States, Canada, China, the European Patent Office, Mexico, and Taiwan.
Trim Illusion possesses an exclusive license agreement through Neo Design, LLC to produce, import/export, use, sell and distribute for resale products covered by each of the patents and patent applications listed herein.
